Welcome to Qforce Pulse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qforce Pulse website at qforcepulse.com and our mobile inspection and workforce management platform ("Service"), operated by Q Force Inc. ("Qforce Pulse," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Integrations

You are also subject to the third party's terms of service and privacy policy
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
We use LinkedIn's API to publish content to our company page and may collect profile information with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Q Force Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Q Force Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
